Deji (aka Comedyshortsgames) will take on Jake Paul in a much-anticipated boxing match. These two will be fighting on the undercard as their brothers, KSI and Jake Paul headline this event. Deji and Jake Paul have a combined following of over 25 million and that should mean that this match will be heavily followed all over the world.
Jake Paul enters this fight as the favorite by the bookmakers. The thinking behind the odds is that Jake Paul is a better athlete than his opponent. The US-based YouTuber has been known to be an athlete and although he has never fought before, he looks like he has the physique to be a decent boxer. The biggest issue for Jake Paul will be the crowd. Jake Paul is hated in the UK and this was best shown in the UK press conference as he received great abuse from the locals. Shutting the crowd out will be the best option for Jake Paul in this fight.
On the other side of the ring, Deji will use the home crowd to his advantage. The UK based YouTuber will be supported greatly and that is always a massive morale boost. Only recently has Deji became an athlete so he will not be as used to physical sports as his opponent. That being said, Deji has been training very hard for the last few months and will feel that he is ready for this fight.
It is hard to predict a winner since neither have ever boxed before. That being said, I am going to pick Deji to win since we are getting an amazing price. Deji is a massive underdog which I don’t agree with. While Paul might be slightly better, I think betting on Deji at 7/2 is the better option.
